Plant Description: Key characteristics: leaves are egg-shaped and pointed with prominent veins. All parts of the foliage are densely hairy. leaf margins contain coarse teeth. Dense hair covers the seed and the length is just greater than 1.0 mm. A thick pappus attached to the terminal facilitates wind dispersal. |
