Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Commelina eckloniana - Straggling, up to 60 cm long, thinly hairy. Leaves up to 10 cm long. Spathe stalked, c 1,5 cm long, rather blunt, lower edge almost straight. Petals blue.
