Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Psoralea pinnata - Tall much branched shrub, up to c 2 m high. Leaflets 2—3 pairs, up to 3 cm long width from less than 1 mm up to 3 mm. Flowers singly or in small groups or short racemes among leaves, stalks very variable in length. Calyx cup-shaped, c 5 mm long, closely glandular, lobes blunt. Corolla up to 1,5 cm long, usually less, violet or shades of blue.
