Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Tephrosia meyeriana - Weak, straggling, thinly hairy or almost hairless, perennial, with slender stems and widely spaced leaves. Leaves long-stalked, very variable; leaflets sometimes three or four pairs, sometimes only three, shortly stalked, 2—3 cm long x 5—7 mm wide. Inflorescence very long, slender, with few flowers clustered at tip; calyx c 5 mm long, cup-shaped with narrow tapering lobes; corolla c 1,4 cm long, pink or magenta, standard thinly hairy outside. Pod flat, straight, c 4 cm long X 5 mm wide.
