Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Sesbania sesban - Slender tree up to 6 m high, thinly and softly hairy. Leaflets less than 20 pairs, oblong, almost stalkless, blunt-tipped with minute point, c 1 cm long x 3 mm wide. Flowers few on slender axis, not hanging. Calyx broadly cup-shaped, c 5 mm long, lobes short, broad. Corolla yellow, standard spotted, c 1,5 cm long. Pod slender, up to 15 cm long.
