Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Sebaea filiformis - Annual, slender, usually unbranched, up to 15 cm high. Leaves up to 5 mm long. Flowers usually solitary, terminal, occasionally stem branched with 3—5 flowers. Calyx up to 5 mm long, segments joined at extreme base, keeled or with very narrow wing; corolla yellow, tube up to 8 mm long, lobes up to 10 mm long, usually smaller. Anthers not protruding, each with stalked gland at tip. Style with prominent swelling just below middle; stigma two-lobed.
