Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Syncolostemon parviflorus - Erect, up to 1 m high, densely leafy; short leafy axillary shoots usually copiously developed; shortly hairy and gland-dotted throughout, unpleasantly scented. Leaves usually stalkless, lance-shaped or oval, tip pointed, margins toothless or with few short pointed teeth, c 2 cm long x 5-8 mm wide. Inflorescence widely branching, branches slender, flowers widely spaced in small clusters, sometimes solitary. Calyx hairy, lobes fine-pointed, not woolly, c 6 mm long; corolla c 1,3 cm long, white or mauve; stamens far- protruding.
