Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Helichrysum oreophilum - Herbaceous, erect, up to 30 cm high, with elongated horizontal rootstock, growing socially. White-woolly throughout. Lower leaves oval, blunt, c 3 cm long x 1,5 cm wide, upper stem-leaves lance-shaped, up to 4 cm long x 8 mm wide. Inflorescence terminal, rounded, rather compact, up to c 5 cm diam. Involucral bracts yellow, narrow, long-pointed, erect, up to 8 mm long, exceeding florets.
