Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Digitaria diversinervis - (Richmond Grass) Not certain whether this grass is indigenous in Swaziland, but it has been used frequently for lawns. It is somewhat stouter in all parts than D. swazilandensis, to which it is clearly allied. Leaves up to 9 mm wide. Inflorescence with four or more racemes, c 6 cm long; spikelets 3 mm or more long.
