Distribution: Limpopo Province and northern KwaZulu Natal. To East and West Africa.
Body Length: 39-40 mm
Hind Wing Length: 21.5-22.5 mm
Habitat: Pools and swamps in hot savanna.
Flight Period: Dec-May
Features: Medium-sized, greenish grey speckled and lightly striped. Localised at bush-fringed pools in hot savanna.
Comments: Possible occurrence in Eswatini based on UCT-ADU OdonataMAP records adjacent to Swaziland.
