Tetradenia
   riparia    (Misty Plume Bush)  gilinyathi,  gilinyatsi,  libota,  libotha,  liphunga,  liphungula,  lphunganhlola,
      Cultural: Used for gtood health and to avoid bad luck in humans and animals.
      Insecticidal: Repellant
      Medicinal: Leaves for respiratory ailments, body itches, wounds, fevers & malaria. Roots are blood purifier.
Tetraselago
   natalensis    (Natal Blue Haze)  usikisiki,
Tecomaria
   capensis subsp. capensis    (Cape Honeysuckle)  bopu,  malangula,
      Honey: Honey
      Medicinal: Bark for fevers, pain, chest ailments & dysentery. Leaf for diarrhoea.
Thunbergia
   alata   
      Honey: Visited by bees.
   atriplicifolia    (Natal Primrose)  isiphondo esincane,
      Cultural: A love potion
      Household: Green fruits used for washing hair
   dregeana     vimbikhalo,
      Household: Green fruits used for washing hair
      Medicinal: Venereal diseases
   natalensis    (Natal Bluebell)  isiphondo esikhulu,  unohlonishwayo,
      Cultural: Charm for happy marriage
Tricalysia
   capensis    (Rock Jackal Coffee)  indulwane,  indvulwane,

      Household: Used for spear shafts.
      Medicinal: Roots used as an emetic.

      Food: Root roasted and eaten by Bushmen.

      Medicinal: Roots used for abdominal pain.
Tarchonanthus
   camphoratus    (Wild Camphor Bush)  ligcebe lelimhlophe,
      Timber: Durable termite resistant fence posts & for construction..
      Fodder: Foliage browsed by stock & game.
      Firewood: Fuelwood. Will even burn when green.
      Household: Leaves used as perfume. Wood for musical instruments & cabinets.
      Medicinal: Dried leaves narcotic, sedative for headaches. Leaf poultice for asthma.
      Food: Spice
   trilobus var. galpinii    (Camphor Tree)  ligcebelematje,  phahla,  sinukani,  umbebase,  umncweba,
      Medicinal: Wood used for construction including the King's kraal.
      Medicinal: Wood & leaves for essential oils. Circulatory & respiratory stimulant. Roots & bark for libido & vomiting,
Tithonia
   diversifolia *    (Mexican Sunflower)  umbabane,
Tridax
   procumbens *   
      Soil Conservation: Used in gardens as soil binder and ground cover.
Tagetes
   minuta *    (Tall Khaki Bush)  nukani,
      Dyes: Dye
      Insecticidal: Insecticide for weevils & a nematode deterrent.
      Household: Aromatic for perfumes. Leaf extract used in perfume industry.
      Medicinal: Medicinal for nematode Infections.
